CVMA NATIONALS 2009 HOST HOTELS

       The CVMA Nationals 2009 will be in Tulsa Oklahoma .   The dates for
the nationals is Thursday June 18 through Saturday June 20, 2009.  Due to the number of members expected we took two hotels next door to each other that share parking lots for the host environment.

       Both of these hotels serve a cook to order breakfast included in the
room rate.  The Embassy also includes a free open bar in their room rate each evening from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. This bar has well drinks, wine and beer with no limit on consumption.

       The Embassy has smoking rooms and is pet friendly.  The Marriott is all non smoking and no pets.  Both hotels are excellent in quality and extremely clean.  Both hotels will have on the site guards with added security at the Embassy.

       Since the rooms are in 2009 it was hard to get the Embassy to lock in
all of their rooms at one rate.  The Marriott did however lock in all of theirs at one
rate.  So if you plan on staying at the Embassy the lower rate is for the first 100 members making reservations.  The second tier rate is still cheaper than the rates charged today at hotels in the area.  There are other hotels across the street but they would not lock in rates until next year for 2009 and they are all talking in the $150 range over there.

EMBASSY SUITES RESERVATIONS:

--The hotel is located at: 3332 S. 79th.  This is at the intersection of I-44 and Hwy 64.
--To make a reservation you call between 9am and 4 pm Monday thru Friday.  The number is 918-622-4000 and you speak to only Victoria or Kayce.  Do not leave a message or talk to the front desk.  If you do your reservation will not be logged as received.
--The room rate will be $114 for the first 100 rooms reserved.  The rate will then change to $149 for the next 50 rooms reserved.

MARRIOTT RESERVATIONS:

--The hotel is located next to the Embassy Suites.
--To make a reservation call between 9am-4 pm Monday thru Friday.  The number is 918-660-0646 ext. 612.  You will speak to Trina only.  Do not leave a message or talk to the front desk.  If you do your reservation will not be logged as received.
--The rate at this hotel is $90 with 4 persons max. per room.
